Viridissima is a song about community: living together, travelling together, dancing and singing.

Composed exclusively from insect sounds by Tettigonia viridissima: some have been incorporated as real sounds, and some have been sampled and processed to become the different instruments in the song (drum kit, shakers, pad, etc.).
The real great green bush-cricket produces an evening song that we often confuse with garden sprinklers.
