This is a song inspired by this cricket, which starts singing during the summer solstice in order to mate and enjoy themselves.

All the sounds in the song have been built from real summer crickets (Eumodicogryllus bordigalensis), who stridulate by rubbing a scraper file in their legs against their forewings.

Humanity in our time has undermined the insects. It is said that these creatures only sing for sex.

Well, they actually make music to communicate, identify themselves, protect their homes and tribe, and also just for fun.

We're no different from this creatures-
